These questions appear to be heavily biased to the point of being government propaganda. So I'll give you the answer they want and explain what actually happened.

1.ill will toward the United States (the US built the Panama Canal by aiding Panama in its war of secession from Columbia, which would obviously have angered most of Latin America, but not Panama)
2.the repeal of the prohibition amendment (this is probably the answer they want; however progressivism is just a codeword for big government, which has not been halted yet)
3.The government should intervene in unfair business practices. (in reality, there is no such thing as an "unfair business practice," rather the government just intervenes to hurt consumers whenever a politically powerful company asks them to; if you look at the speeches in favor of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, they admit that trusts lower prices for consumers, yet support anti-trust because they think companies shouldn't be allowed to go out of business, even if unprofitable)
4.a ban on strikes (there was already a ban on strikes and the "progressives" had it repealed so that union terrorism could increase; the progressives, today's left, were originally Neo-Puritans so they desired to impose their beliefs on others through the government and actually passed the laws prohibiting money from going to private schools that today's Puritans hate so much; reduction of government corruption was a smokescreen, they desired a government bureaucracy with job security, just like we have today; child labor laws went hand-in-hand with compulsion schooling laws to move adulthood from 12 or 13 back to 18-25 and were unnecessary to begin with, since only orphans that governments were "caring" for were working in unsafe jobs and that was because government put them there)
5.give voters more direct say in lawmaking (they wanted direct election of senators, which was the final destruction of federalism and triumph of big government; make no mistake, they also created the despicable IRS, and their successors created the welfare state and all its ridiculous entitlements)
6.the 12-hour work day (While work hours have dropped significantly and this would seem excessive today, that is only because of what Capitalism has been able to achieve in spite of government; the FTC was established during the time when Teddy Roosevelt was actually president to make anti-trust more efficient and womens' suffrage would be granted by 1920)
7.German U-boats would warn ships before attacking (The Germans only sank armed ships in World War I and Wilson was warmongering in a war in which the side he chose was in the wrong because a Serbian terrorist had attacked Austria and the Serbs were allied with Britain and France)
8.Germany's return to unrestricted submarine warfare (the United States actually entered the war out of Wilson's desire for national greatness and went to war on a lie)
9.weapons to the Allies (it was a war and Wilson was illegally shipping weapons to the side in the wrong)
10.underwent several changes (what actually happened was that Wilson demanded his stupid League of Nations and got only that League and nothing else, then the anti-war Republican Party refused to ratify it, keeping the US out of the UN's predecessor, as it should have been)

As I think is clear from these questions, the government never stops propagandizing itself. There is nothing glorious about big government whatsoever, no matter what the history book tries to say. The "Progressive Era" was actually the triumph of big business. The banks got their Federal Reserve (Rockefeller and Morgan had it created to make more profits), which would cause the Great Depression (Ben Bernanke, their current chairman, actually admits that the Fed caused the Depression). Companies got anti-trust to use on competitors. Unions gained the right to refuse to work and intimidate people who are trying to work.

Its going to be much harder to get rid of big government than it was to get it, but is possible and it is necessary.
