I wanted to last night because the weather has been so nice, but my grouchy half had a fit......then turned on a fan because he was too warm. What????? I'm so confused.

I do only if it is cool. Here in Hell (Houston,Texas), during the warm month's, the heat and humidity are almost to much for an open window. I crank down the A/C at night and put my cieling fan on Gale Force. That usually does it!

I did that last night slept with the window open and a fan on. But I have no grouchy other half, so things are done my way. Sometimes you just need both the window open and the fan on to even get some sleep.

I would get too cold with the window open.... at least until summer anyway. and then i wouldn't really want to sleep with the window open because if some kind of noise woke me up in the morning before i wanted to get up i would be mad.... but i also don't like sleeping with a fan on. I'll use a heater though and an electric blanket.

I love having the window open. I have even had it open in the winter. Much to my
surprise we had a storm in the night and the ditch in the window had 3 in. snow
in it. That was across the balcony. Must have been some storm.

If it has been a nice day and if it's still nice outside during the night, I always leave my window open. It's right by my bed so I can actually see the beautiful stars outside and the moon. :)

when the weather is ok so am i with an open window. my spouse dont buy into it like i do however.
