For a week now my vagina has been extremely itchy. Itching like I have never had anywhere in my body before. And, today there was a little bleeding, (not from menstruation)...what can this be. It's killing me..

It sounds to me like u've got a yeast infection, not a urinary tract infection (they hurt, don't itch). I would recommend seeing ur doctor or gyno if u have one. This can be cured fairly easily with creams and oral meds. The bleeding is from scratching/rubbing etc. The vagina is typically not scratched etc on a regular basis and having an infection can make it more sensitive to any rubbing etc. and cause it to bleed or even develope little sores. If u cant get into ur doctor for a few days, u can buy an over the counter product like monostat, or some vagisil...either will help with the itch, but it sounds bad enough that u need a doctor to get rid of the infection. Good luck! =)

It sounds like a possible yeast infection. Sometimes a yeast infection can get so bad that there can be bleeding. The only way to find out for sure if it is a yeast infection is to have your dr evaluate the situation to see what they think is going on.

UTI.. go 2 the emergancy room NOW, they just need you 2 pee in a cup. Bleeding means its at the extreme. You get them from not peeing right before or after sex, or from holding your pee in too long. I used to get them when I was in school because I hated using public bathrooms. They will give you antibiotics that will make it better the day you take it. I guess it's some kind of infection..maybe yeast infection, but I don't really understand the blood.....go to see gynaecologist, that's for sure, these things can have bad consequences!

It's probably a yeast infection...however, I would go to the doctor to be sure.
