If you got married in South Carolina, it means you are married all over the world. You have have to get a divorce to get married again legally anywhere, not just the USA.

Yes you are legally married in all the US. The only time that doesn't carry over is if you are married in some place like the Bahama's, where it isn't recognized here. If you are married in the US then you are married everywhere in the US!!!
