a couple of weeks ago, i had some dull pains in the left lower abdominal region, and since ur appendix is on the right, i thought nothing of it...i was also feeling nauseous...
then last week, i started feeling pains in the right lower abdominal region, and felt even more nauseous, i also found it hard to sleep...
now this week, my lower right abdominal region is painful again, im swallowing vomit, and i just pooed green - ewwww! lol :-)
so yeh, does anyone have any ideas what on earth is going wrong with me? i have a healthy diet, i sleep well, im not overweight, i dont have diabetes, and i have low blood pressure...
im also getting a doctors appointment ASAP, lol...this is just to find out whether or not you give me the same answer as he would :-P :-)

Sounds like one of 3 things I've looked up for you.

1. Colon issues
2. Salmonella poisoning
3. Giardia (parasite)
below are the links I found the info on
I would print this out and bring it to your doctor (or at least the pages with the info) and see what they can rule out! Good luck and feel better soon!

Dull abdominal pains that comes and wane; severe to moderate nausea; and diarrhea of greenish bilish stools might indicate some intragastric gallstones or cholecystitis(unlikely as pains here are sharp; not dull like yours; ;and as you're not overweight and not vomiting). Gall bladder attacks usually come on after consumption of fatty foods. gastroparesis, pancreatic disease; diverticulitis, duodenal ulcers; constipation, bowel obstruction; cystitis, even UTI; IBS and intestinal flu should be considered in the presence of fever and cramps and vomiting;. PID and acid reflux disease could also be considered. .

You need proper diagnostic procedures such as Barium enema; upper GI series and even Cat Scan . You should be seen by a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

The green waste is concerning. Usually green indicates infection of some kind.
Get to the doctor. There is no way of knowing what the problem could be until you see the doctor.

If you are not constipated and have no fever, it's not your appendix. But you should see a doctor immmediately. THe only color you should worry about in poo is Black. THat indicates internal bleeding. Any other color is fine. QUestions like these are for doctors not for this site. There are no MDs on this site...LOL
