Tenent whos now trying to sell a book, likly sold President Bush a bill of goods with the hope of being right. Faulty intell has been the trade mark of Tenent's regin at the CIA under Clinton and Bush.

Part of me is not so surprised hes saying this since he has a book thats coming out, and hes drawing attention to help the sales.
He just has that face of a guy you cant really trust
