the court should take money out of his check each week (garnishing his wages). it's not your battle to fight, get a lawyer.

I'm not sure where to live, but you probably can contact the local county attorney in your area. If you have a court order for him to pay and he is not paying, he is in contempt of court. The only problem is a lot of time they have to be at least 6 months to a year behind before they will do anything. If you have no money coming in on these children, for example you don't work, go and apply for state aid, food stamps, medical card, etc. The state will usually step in and go after the dad if he is not meeting his court ordered obligations and they have to pick up the tab,

If you have the court order all you have to do is go back to court and let the judge know that he is not paying.More then likely they will garnish from his check's..Also depending on what state you live in most states now will suspend their Drivers License for non payment of child support and some even go to jail..

If you have a valid court order, contact the tax office. They will know how much he really makes, unless he is forging his income tax returns, in which case you can get the tax people to audit his business.

If you apply for state assistance (welfare), they will do what it takes to be sure the father of your children is the father of your children, and that he supports them by reimbursing the state.

google "welfare office" and the name of the state you live in, and go there to apply.

The welfare office also helps women who are under-educated and unemployable with educational and child care assistance.

Report him. Call your local District Attorney, he will prosecute your ex if he does not pay.
