i mean can you earn there trust back even if they dont want to be with you but they still love and care for you.

There cannot be love without trust and honesty. You can care, maybe down the line if you are both that involved you can earn each others trust and honesty but, once lost, it's impossible to regain as it once was, it'll never be the same again.

Once the trust is gone it is very hard to get back I would have to say no.
