Great question! You can not blow me a wish unless you are some sort of a Greek Mythical Goddess. In that case you would really not be here on Yahoo! Answers.
I think I should stop being such an uptight prick and just answer your question........
If you blew me a wish, I would use it to get rid of all the potholes and road construction here in Ohio, in hopes that I can somehow get on your good side and have you blow me another wish. I would then use that wish to wish that you can blow me an unlimited amount of wishes. I'll be pretty much set, but you would be extremely tired from all the blowing.......

It sound terrible but i would wish to be rich. I have been struggling with money for years. I never get to do the things do want because i can never afford it. I would give my mum a big chunk of it cos she has helped me so mum and i would spoil my daughter rotten.
