A neighbour has access through the side of our house and back garden to access their back garden. This agreement is on the deeds of the property but is over 100 years old and is worded to the effect of access via foot & with wheelbarrow. There are no time restraints set but we are wondering if there is any way we can legally get this changed as constantly having access used for bicycles etc.
It is getting to be an invasion of privacy , also these neighbours are leaving access unsecure so just wondering how we stand legally

Any change to the easement should be negotiated with the assistance of a lawyer, reduced to writing, and should be recorded among the land records of the county where you reside. The easement is part of the title of both pieces of real estate, and any change will be formal and must be properly recorded.

Informal vebal agreements which are incapable of being recorded are not binding on successor owners of either property.

Seek competent legal counsel and attempt to negotiate a new agreement with them. If you allow access beyond the easement's terms (the bicycles) for too long, a new easement will be created.

Spanishq.... 's advice can fix your long term problem, changing the display. The other problem is your mouse. Is the right mouse button working when you use it for other applications? If not, it could be broken, you might need to replace it. If its clicking or depressing as per normal, it could still mean its broken.

Accidently reverse your car through their fence and create new access for them

Not much you can do I am afraid. They have a right of access and they would have to agree to rescind it which is not likely.

Try putting a fence up when they are on holiday and see what happens
