I would agree with that. I read somewhere where a guy's boss said "if you're ever 100 percent right and they are trying to get you, I'll be behind you."
He told his boss "if I'm a hundred percent right, I won't need you, it's when I'm like 60 percent right I would need you!'

not necessarily. sometimes a real friend is one gives you the room to figure things out for yourself but lets you know they are there if you need them.
