It was actually Nine Inch Nails in Massachusetts in Jan 1995. It was part of the 'Self Destruct' tour. I wasn't much of a fan anymore at that time but some guy sold me a ticket for $15 because he was grounded and his parents wouldn't let him go anymore. I went and it was an amazing show.
The Bauhaus reunion tour in 1998 was great too (NYC).

I saw Pink Floyd too, in Perth, Western Australia that same year. They must have been on a world tour.

Believe it or not but Wayne Newton! He isn't your average lounge singer! He done everything from Rap, Rock, Pop, Country and his own songs. He was fantastic! Little Richard comes in second. These are concerts I went to in 1996 or1997.

"X".
Small club, 5 feet from the stage, Exene ripping it out, Billy Zoom with that stupid grin on his face the whole show. I'd guess it was around 1983. That show defined "cool" for me.
