ln (e^x+3)=pi^x
x+3=xlnpi
xlnpi-x=3
0.1447x=3
x=20.73

You're not going to get an analytical answer for that.

A numerical solution is x = 2.12177640566094 to 14 d.p.

Assume question is meant to read:-
e^(x + 3) = π^(x)
(x + 3) = x.log π
x + 3 = 1.14473 x
3 = 0.14473 x
x = 20.728
