High levels of cholesterol can make people more aggressive as it is in contact with the hormone system. Have her go on a diet. No coke, no fried stuff. I recommend the following book: Confessions of a Reformed Dieter. It helped me a lot.

All you people making fun of overweight people are cruel and rude.
She probably gets into fights because people are insensitive and tease her for being big.

is she being abused about her weight?
first you have to find out what the fights are about, and why they make her angry ,try to fix the problem, otherwise you may have to send her to private dance lessons,

I have a masters degree in psychology, and what I would recommend either of the following:
(1) a long period of exercise before you go dancing http://www.mentalhelp.net/poc/view_doc.php?type=doc&id=9764&cn=353
Physical Exercise is an incredibly powerful and compact means of altering your mood. Regular physical exercise offers many of the benefits of the other techniques we've described for controlling moods. It distracts you by causing you to attend to your body sensations rather than to your agitated thoughts. It relaxes and physically exhausts you (after a workout is complete), helping you sleep soundly. It removes the kinks from your muscles and helps you to stay limber and strong. It elevates your mood directly (during and just after a workout) by increasing circulation of naturally occurring body chemicals known as endorphins. Finally, it increases your overall general health and stamina and strongly prevents the development of numerous disabling diseases that otherwise would make life difficult in later years. There is a certain amount of physical pain involved in exercise, but if you can get past that, the benefits are enormous.
An isolated exercise session will be useful for altering mood, mostly because it will be distracting and physically exhausting. However, for maximum benefit, including some prophylactic (preventative) protection from negative moods, exercise should be fairly vigorous and repeated multiple times per week.
Most all aerobic exercise, regularly practiced, will provide benefits.
* Calisthenics (jumping jacks, push-ups, sit ups, etc
* Exercise classes (Aerobics, Spinning, Jazzercize, Yoga, Pilates, etc.)
* Team sports (baseball, softball, rowing, golf, etc.)
* Solo sports (jogging, swimming, hiking, climbing, etc.)
* Working out with weights or "Nautilus" style machines.
* Martial
(2) beginning a course of meditation [note that studies have shown that Transcendental Meditation is good for anger management] -- note that Transcendental Meditation is a registered trademark covering a system of meditation. However there are other systems of meditation that may be just as good --
Meditation is a very effective method of relaxation. The idea of meditation is to focus your thoughts on one relaxing thing for a sustained period of time. It gives your body time to relax and recuperate and clear away toxins that may have built up through stress and mental or physical activity.
(3) Practincing "deep breathing" can also work for anger management.
Deep breathing is a very effective method of relaxation. It is a key element of everything from the "take deep breaths" approach to calming someone down, to yoga relaxation and Zen meditation. It works well in conjunction with other relaxation techniques, such as progressive muscular relaxation, relaxation imagery and meditation to reduce stress.
(4) Progressive relaxation has worked for me --
Progressive muscular relaxation (PMR) is a purely physical technique for relaxing your body when muscles are tense. The idea behind PMR is that you tense up a group of muscles so that they are as tightly contracted as possible. Hold them in a state of extreme tension for a few seconds. Then relax the muscles to their previous state. Finally you consciously relax them again as much as you can.
You can apply PMR to any or all of the muscle groups in your body depending on whether you want to relax just a single area or your whole body.
Experiment with PMR by forming a fist, and clenching your hand as tight as you can for a few seconds. Then relax your hand to its previous tension, and then consciously relax it again so that it is as loose as possible. You should feel deep relaxation in the muscles.
You might be able to relax muscles as much without the initial tension, but tensing the muscle helps to provide a starting point for the exercise. It also helps to gauge the initial level of tension in the muscle.
---------------------------
I might also note that a good system of weight control would be beneficial 162 kilos (357 lbs) is a lot of weight. Embarking on a diet and exercise scheme would be beneficial, it would lower blood pressure [and aid in reducing anger] and avoid possible future diabetes.
--------------
You can't do anything unless SHE wants to do it. Bullying and lecturing her will not work. Be as supportive as you can, and tell her that you love her.
