I need a laptop w/XP as soon as possible for a 2-month trip starting in 8 days. Dell offers XP still, but all of their laptops don't ship until May 9th. Where can I find a laptop with these specs ready to ship?

Try newegg and look for a HP or IBM, most of their range comes with XP

look out for toshiba laptops, they are very reliable and not a bad price, i reccomend them to every one try the a135, you need to shop around for a lappy running xp now but you can usually get them a bit cheaper than one running vista, good luck

Just bought one, mine ships May 10th. Try tigerdirect or ebay.
