Where can I purchase a Nvidia GeForce Go 7600 for my notebook?

Can I get the 512 memory or do I have to keep the 286 memory because the 512 will burn it out? Then what is the difference between 7600, 7600 GT, and 7600 GS? PLEASE HELP I'M GOING CRAZY.
