If you go to Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln on Fridays or Saturdays, they have an all-you-can-eat buffet. They serve seafood there, including crab legs.

The Red Lobster used to. Not sure if it still does, but you can call and ask them. I believe it was Monday nights only. If they have it, it's probably at all locations, but the one I'm talking about it on Howe Ave.

I hope the crabs have a TPI benefit. (totally and permanently incapacitated) As without legs they would be at a distinct disadvantage in the crustacean world. But if you win the sweepstakes you could buy them little wheelchairs.

I am pretty sure the buffet at Thunder Valley Casino does it on the weekends.
