Well, first of all, are you talking about "girls" or "women"?
There is a difference. A girl is a female who hasn't reached maturity in several levels such as physical appearance, mentally and emotionally. A full grown woman can be considered a girl if she has not reached a maturity level that most of her peers have already reached.

With that said, a woman wants a full filling life with lots of adventures to keep her busy. This can be obtained thru friendship with peer and from relationships obtained at work and thru the community around her.

A woman draws her strength from those around her who she respects and respects her as well.

Respect is earned and is a two way street. You must learn to accept as well as give respect. Respect comes from being honest, considerate, loving, and generous not only to your peers, but to perfect strangers as well. Respect is something you do to those around you. You respect the man at the convenience store down the street, so you smile and say Hello every time you go in. You respect a person who is less fortunate than you by helping them, whether you know them or not.

A woman wants love and attention from her peers, co-workers and the person she is in a relationship from, in return, she will love you back. She doesn't ask that you love her, she just know that you will thru her actions. She respects and accepts you for who you are, not what you are and expects the same form those around her, therefore she loves you, and you love her.

A woman doesn't judge people for their down falls and doesn't want to be judged for hers. She knows she isn't perfect, she doesn't need you to point out every little thing that is wrong with her. Be polite and considerate of her feelings and she will do the same for you.

A woman wants a man who she adores and adores her. She adores you because you respect and love her even though you don't agree with every little thing she says or does. Who said you have to believe the same politically, religiously or otherwise?!

You have your beliefs and she has hers. Don't put her down for that and she will do the same for you.

A woman wants a man who doesn't adore her like a princess or a queen, bowing to her at every turn. she want a man who respects himself enought to stand up to her once in a while, and I don't mean physically. She wants a man who can have an intelligent, adult argument without getting furious with each other. Don't goat her into a fight and she won't become a tiger.

A woman wants a man she can have fun with. Someone to make her smile or laugh, even if it's something stupid like a pillow fight, or a water fight, a dumb joke or a certain inside joke that only you and her know.

A woman wants a man who doesn't have to get into fights with other people because he respects himself enough to be polite and considerate to those around him and knows when to walk away no matter how much the stupid fool is goating him because he knows himself better than that fool.

A woman wants a man who knows what he's doing when it comes to taking care of her, if ya know what I mean. He is experienced enough that one look, one touch is enough to throw her into a tizzy and attack like a bear cub, or a baby lion. She knows what she wants and she's going to get it one way or another. A woman wants a man who is secure enough in his man hood to accept that once in a while, she needs to be in control and sometimes she needs you to be in control.

Here is a small example, my ex and I, who I adored and loved very much, were at a bar. He's a cowboy, so he dresses in his best jeans, dress belt, dress top, bolo tie, cowboy hat, snake skin boots and his best cologne- Pie by Givenchy (PUUUUURRRRR; GROWL!)

So we are dancing and having a great time. We sit down and start pawing each other. Things are getting a little heated so we take it to the closet and when my hand hits the light switch, we both realize that we are half dressed in a public place! Ok, so we quickly get back together and head back to the dance floor.

Anyway, when the night is over we head back to the house (we live together) The ride home is quite enough, but no sooner did we get in the door then I attacked. I had his jeans down to his ankles in 45 seconds flat. His response was; "Whoa, not even enough time to take off my hat!" (I think that was the night we "christened" the whole house.)

A woman wants a man who will take her places and that she can take places. This isn't just to a movie or dinner. This means; shopping (grocery store, department store, video store and the list goes on), her hang outs, and yours, and more.

A woman wants a man who has hobbies and can share those hobbies with her and she can share her hobbies with him.

A woman wants a man with good friends who know how to have a good time without hurting someone or breaking the law.

A woman wants a man she considers to be a friend, not just a lover. Someone she can confide in and tell her secrets to without advice on how to fix it or judgement. She wants to be able to walk thru the door and say; "Boy, did I have a hard day at work!" or "Damn, I just got into a fight with my girlfriend, God, she makes me so mad!" or "Oh my God, you won't believe what I just said.... or did....! I'm such an idiot!"

This is just a little bit of what a woman wants AND needs!

Get it?!
