Okay, I know that question is very pathetic, but I don't know what my bra size is and I think that I've been wearing the wrong size for years already.
My mom said to try many different sized bras and see which one is comfortable, but I'm just still confused.
Can anyone please help me?

Look on the Internet or yellow pages for a bra specialty shop. The shop will have someone trained to measure you. You will be pleased with the results. It is worth the time and trouble.

Your mom is right, and wrong at the same time. You can go into La Senza, or most department stores, and have them do a bra fitting. Otherwise, you can measure yourself. First off, grab a tape measure (inches measurement) and measure around your rib cage under your breasts. Then add 5 to that number. If the number is odd, round up to the nearest even. Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts (usually around the nipples). After that, take the second number, (the one where you measure around the fullest part of your breasts, and subtract the first number (ribcage + 5) from it. You will now have two numbers. The first, (ribcage + 5) is the number part of your bra size. The second, the number you got from the subtracting part, is your cup size.
To determine your cup size...

Difference of:
0-1/2 inch - AA
1/2 - 1 inch - A
1 - 2 1/2 inches - B
2 1/2 - 3 1/2 inches - C
3 1/2 - 4 1/2 inches - D
4 1/2 - 6 inches - DD (E)
6 - 7 inches - DDD (F)
7-8 inches - G
And so on...

Hope this helps!

Take a tape messure and measure under your breasts all the way around then messure your breasts around the biggest part the difference between the two is the cup size -1 A -2 B -3 c and so on. The measurement taken under the breasts is the size.

Example you are 28 inches around under the breasts and you are 30 inches around the big part( the nipple area) that is a 2 inch difference meaning you would need a B and the 28 inch is the size. So you would wear a 28 B

You can go to places that sell lingerie and they will messure you and give you the accurate size. JC Penny's offers this bra sizing for free.

Step 1:
Using a soft tape-measure, measure around your chest just under the arms above the bust. If your measurement is an odd number, go up or down to the neareest even size-depending on whether you want a tighter or looser fit. This is also your band size.

Step 2:
Measure around the fullest part of your Bust.

Step 3:
Find your cup size by taking th difference between your chest and bust mesaurements.

If you still have problems. Take a trip to Victoria Secret(if you have one nearby), Fredricks of Hollywood, or almost any clothing store. Ask if they do Bra measuring....The women are real nice, and will be real helpful in getting your size correct. :)

Haha well sometimes if I'm talking about boobs and stuff I just randomly insert my size in there, I'm not sure why, I guess it's because usually I only think of boobs when I need a new bra so the two are just sorta linked. But I don't think I've told a lot of people what it is.

Go a Victoria secret store or any store that sells nothing but intimate stuff. You know what i mean.Anyways they can measure you right. There's alot of women out there who have the wrong bra on.You will notice which one cause they will ether tug on,have extra boobs on the back or the strap is just fallen to the side.I was one of them and now i have the right one on and i was a cup size wrong.Go figure but now i'm happy happy.Try it out.

Stand up straight with your bra. Wrap the tape measure around you in a loose fashion at the point where your bust is the fullest. Jot down this number to the nearest half-inch and enter it below in the box marked "Bust." Tip: For half inches, use decimals rather than fractions. For example, use "42.5," not "42 1/2."
Next, measure underneath your bust around your rib cage to the nearest inch. Enter this number in the box marked "Rib cage."
