It doesn't matter how long ago he got tested. You got your IQ when you were born, at it remains at the same level during your whole lifetime. You can increase it by good food & excessive & extra effort up to certain extent, let's say 10 points. You can also lose some points due to accident or severe illness that affect your nerve & brain function. But generally speaking, human's IQ remains at the same level during his lifetime.
A man with a good IQ can learn faster in school, but it doesn't mean he will be successful in life. There are many other things affect performance, such as health, attitude, social intelligence, stress resistance, etc.

FYI , IQ does not change much in a lifetime .
But I do see what you're talking about . Look at it this way , after all the weekly , daily , and hourly Hatred that he must endure, it's a wonder he has maintained his composure for so long .
EDIT* - Note to All Who Wish To Bash Anyone About Intelligence : Make sure you know how to spell correctly , before trying to point-out anyone elses deficiencies !!
Note : Cleaver ? .. . No, it's Clever . . .Complately ?. . . No , it's Completely ....

well, he is not mad or has a lower IQ than most people etc..
there is an old saying: "suscess has tons of fathers, but failure is an orphan..", so as things when "south" in Iraq all of a sudden everyone is pointing fingers at Bush.
as for Iraq, problem has been in the execution of his plans, which has been disastrous!!!!!! thanks largely in part to real idiots like Rumsfeld (who should have NEVER been Defense Secretary)
but his philosophy of tackling the REAL problem of the Middle East which is no Freedom, no Democracy, which in turn CREATES monsters like Osama and other Muslim fundamentalists because of the lack of any future for those people is right on....
..people do not become extremist if they have many options in their societies as a general rule, only the ones that see NO other option but violence and hate are the ones that become extremist!
and that is the problem in the Middle East, too many tyrants, too much strict rule, no Freedom , etc, which creates extremist..so if you eliminate those conditions by bringing Democracy to the region you eliminate the causes that create the extremists!! hence no more Osamas or Saddams, etc
so his vision is correct, bring Democracy to them, Osama Saddam were not created out of nothing, they are the result of years of oppresion and strick religious rule in that part of the world...! problem has been how the Bush administration went about changing that and bringing democracy there......which has been totally wrong!! militarily and politically.
and to the ones that disagree with my take..take a minute and REALLY think and analyse what has gone wrong in the last 15 years ok??? don't go by the political crap from BOTH parties, be REAL and think!! and then you will understand what I am talking about...the "Big Picture"

There are not any "professionals" at guessing the IQ's of persons who have not taken normed assessments. persons with IQ's of 91 do no longer earn Harvard MBA's. George Bush's SAT score grow to be 1206, which placed him interior the 83rd percentile (basically 16% scored higher). that is no longer Mensa high quality, notwithstanding that's no longer shabby both. The SAT isn't an IQ attempt, yet SAT rankings have a severe (.eighty) correlation to IQ. the numerous presidents whose rankings were guessed include adult males whose IQ's were formally examined. President Kennedy had an IQ of 119; the sua dissant professionals guessed 174. in accordance to the article, this guess grow to be in accordance to at least a million) his scholarly achievements (he graduated sixty fifth out of one hundred ten in his severe college classification); 2) writings that he wrote on my own (Profiles in braveness grow to be likely ghosted through Theodore Sorensen), and so on. Does bill Clinton extremely have an IQ of 182? If there have been data that bill Clinton had an IQ in this variety, you've gotten heard all about it. For evaluation, Albert Einstein's human being IQ grow to be in simple terms over one hundred sixty, and Linus Pauling's grow to be 147. The qualifying score for Mensa is about 132. the usual severe college grad has an IQ of one hundred and 5; the usual college grad, one hundred fifteen. President Nixon had an IQ of 143; the professionals guessed one hundred and fifty 5. i might want to desire that graduate scholars of philosophy have a distinct usual of "data" than the Bakersville information service has. i might want to desire also that they could note of a hatchet pastime.

bush is a man who doesn't concern himself with posturing in front of the cameras or, before the podium. he is highly intelligent, but happens to have the type of character that is more focused upon following his agenda than pandering to the audience and polls.
he is not someone who will ever be on the lecture circuit ala clinton nor, dependent upon the public for his own self esteem.
you are right, he is very clever however, doesn't see his current role as one that necessitates entertaining. he realizes the seriousness of his role and the weightiness of his decisions.
do you think the american presidency would be better served by his lightening up and telling jokes during news conferences - during a time of war? he has changed because his predicament dictates that he do so.

The sad part is that most people grade the intellect of a politician based solely on their abilities as a 'public speaker,' and not on how smart the person actually is.
Barack Obama is grotesquely inexperienced and hasn't had enough time to gain valuable knowledge necessary to effectively run a nation and engage in international negotiations, but he's an excellent public speaker, and therefore people consider him a 'legitimate candidate.'
I don't think George W. Bush is at all 'dumb;' in fact, quite the contrary. He's managed to get himself elected President, and then re-elected in the middle of one of the most controversial presidencies in recent history. That's a pretty amazing accomplishment for someone that pundits call 'dumb.' Unpopular policies and a refusal to reverse one's self is not a recipe for stupidity. It's called "having ideals and sticking up for them," which is all-too-rare in this day and age.
I don't agree with alot of what Bush says or does, but I respect a man that doesn't sacrifice his values and fold up every time someone questions them.
Does he have a high I.Q.? He's the President, and we're sitting here on Yahoo Answers. You do the math.

The source the guy above uses for the presidential iq's is a joke, they think they can guess someone's iq just by the way he speaks in public. How did carter come out so high I'm from georgia and his accent is pathetic and by the way he was one of the worst presidents of the 20th century if not the worst. Reagan is rated next to last but he figured out how to end the cold war didn't he? Kennedy and lyndon johnson are highly rated but got us into vietnam which was a far bigger mess than what we have going on in iraq! If truman's iq was so high why couldn't he figure out a way to make japan surrender without dropping 2 atomic bombs on them? Doing that was no better than what the germans and japanese did during the war and if you realize that what goes around always comes around than we better keep building a missile shield because we are going to need it! That report looks to be biased in favor of democrats to me why not have the candidates all take iq tests, real ones? Iq still would not matter to me because common sense is far more important than iq in making decisions, I've seen plenty of people who are booksmart (have a high iqs) but don't have a lick of sense lol!

He only scored high because he took Coke just before the test time which gave him a neuro charge that only mimicked a high IQ. In fact, he burned all his Brain cells in the process. Forget about him taking another test.
