HTHE ONLY WAY I KNOW 2 GET A CERTIFICATE IS GET ALICENSE FROM THE COURT HAVE A justice of the peace or a minister or pope 2 perform the seremonyn with a witness

U can get it in register office at old custom office at church gate. take ur invitation card, wittness & othe r document s u have do it within 3 months of marrage other u have penlty . go & inquire

call up where you got married and they'll send you one ...i'm more than sure there'll be a fee.
