LOL - I hope not! I was at a restaurant two weeks ago, eating on the patio with a friend, and we lit up cigarettes afterwards like we always have. The waitress hurried over to inform us that it is now a non-smoking eatery, but that we were welcome to sit 3 feet away on a row of chairs designated as a smoking section on the sidewalk. Gimme a break! What's a 3 foot difference going to make? Just say "no smoking" and that's fine - we don't need to be placed in a row like a bunch of outcasts, with our second-hand smoke still wafting onto the patio. I'm sure the non-smokers on the patio didn't appreciate the idea of having people smoke there either...

First they ban smoking A.K.A freedom of choice. Next they are just going to outlaw thinking for yourself. Lets just create a society where everybody is EXACTLY ALIKE, then everyone will be happy. No one will ever be offended again. God forbid I do something you don't like.
