You can buy a product specifically designed to do this; try Lakeland or Betterware. If I recall correctly it's a liquid you work into the surface, leave for a while and then wash off. You might need to make several applications if the staining is heavy and if it's really bad it might not remove all of the oil, although it will lighten the stain significantly.

use a shell or bp or a major oil company brand degreaser pour it on and let sit for about 20 mins use a heavy brush and scrub it for 2 minutes then wash it off it is not a 5 min job and may next place a bit of ply or trap under the car so it does not happen again

Get a good degreaser from a hardware store. Let it sit on the spots for awhile before rinsing. You may have to scrub it some with a brush, or apply it more than once.

Mix cat litter and Jizer (engine cleaner) Create something to hold this in place. Leave for a day or so (must not go dry), then pressure wash off. Final clean with biological washing powder.....give it time to work....then pressure wash.

just put saw dust on it and leave over night. The oil gets absorbed then you just sweep up. Easy as that.

Try muriatic acid. It will clean off everything. You can try some other concrete driveway cleaner from Home Depot. I don't know if they work as good though.
