Their interpretations of the Constitution don't seem to make any sense. Do they have a different version of the Constitution than the rest of us?

Where in the Constitution does the president have power to spy on the American people, wage war without a declaration of war, torture people whom it calls "enemy combatants" or interfering in a family's medical decisions? Can somebody explain what language in the Constitution supports the actions of the Bush Administration?

Where does it say that they don't have that power. It actually does give them these powers in the article outlining the power of the executive branch. They are called wartime powers and yes, the congress authorized the President to do all of this. I think you ought to reread the Constitution of the United States before trying to criticize others' interpretations of it. Most the the bitching you are doing is actions done by the Congress, not the president. Not everything wrong in this world is George W. Bush's fault.

They interpret it based on the law. Give it a rest - you don't agree with Bush and many people don't agree with the way Congress is screwing things up.

They don't interpret the Constitution -- they use it for toilet paper. Especially the Bill of Rights.
