Has she gotten her first period yet?
If so, she most certainly can ovulate. Maybe irregularly since she's young, but yes she could ovulate.
Has she been sexually active?
If she has, and she's ovulating, she absolutely could become pregnant. Her body doesn't know that she isn't emotionally unready to have a baby; it just knows that she is physically capable of reproduction.

Yes, totally. I was just watching a court case about a 9 year old who got pregnant because a family friend was abusing her for 2 years. She had a baby at 10 years of age.
Girls can ovulate before they get a period.

Absolutely. If she can menstruate, or is about to start menstruation (although this is nearly impossible to predict), she can get pregnant. Menstruation can start as young at 8-9, although the average age is 13.
Here is a link to an article about an 11 year old mother. It also mentions that the youngest parents on record were 9 (father) and 8 (mother).

Yes, just b/c a girl is 12 does not mean she can't get pregnant. It all depend if she's had her period or is about to get it.
Also, just because a girl is physically ready to make babies does not mean that she should. 12 is still a baby in my book, and besides that sex is so very illegal and wrong at that age.

Yes, she can be ovulating. At the age of 12 is too young for having sex and is illegal too.

Yes she can be ovulating, even before she gets her first period, obviously she will ovulate before her first period, so you can never be sure. And yes she can get pregnant.

Yes. She can get pregnant even if she hasn't gotten her period yet. And having sex with a 12-year-old is illegal and immoral and the guy can get arrested and end up doing serious prison time and be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life. Also, pregnancy will stunt her growth so she won't reach her full height.

Certainly, as soon as a girl gets her period, and also just before she starts it...(her first ovulation will occur before her first period) she can become pregnant.

Yes, girls can get pregnant even if they haven't had their period. All they need is juts that one time where sperm bonds with their eggs.
