I am probably on Y!Answers too much because now when I am driving or walking down the street, I see people who resemble an avatar. Sometimes when I see a new avatar on Answers, I think they look like someone I know.

Avatars have been designed to resemble people - this way users can identify more with them. So it is no surprise that you do see lookalikes.

I live in a town that has a lot of retired people in it. Since there are very few 'older' looking avatars I don't get a chance to see people who look like avatars. Well ... when I look in the mirror I sometimes see one looking back ... that's usually when it's about 2 a.m.

What are you taking, lady. It must be getting in your way. Yeah I do that too, but some look more like their dog than their Avartars. Then there are those that don't look like anybody.
