Tough one! I would want both (of course), but I would go with face and work on my body. Because you can have the body and get plastic surgery, but diet and exercise is much easier on the body and the budget.
I guess I could have body sculpting with the face, but I would just go with the workouts.

Hmm, I guess a pretty face is better. You could always work on your body by doing diet & exercise; your face is your face, and that is what people see first. You hear people say all the time, "oh, what a pretty face," even tho a person might be fat or something, a face is noticed much more than a person's body.

This might very well be the most shallow question ever, but I'm going to say face. You can always dress creatively to flatter your figure, but nothing can cover up and ugly mug!
