1) On the outside of the window glass, there is a pin size hole.
2) On the inside, the very very small piece of broken off glass has a diameter of 1/4 inch.
3) If I cannot "glue" it back, can I use a "glass filler"? Is there such a thing as "glass filler" (as in wood filler) ?

Sounds like a BB hole to me! Check with a windshield repair place, they should be able to recommend something like an epoxy to fill with.

Yeah, try a windshield repair service. If they won't sell you the epoxy, have one of the mobile windsheild repair places come over and fix it for you.

Try replacing the whole thing .Its not that bad of a job
