Make two lists, pros and cons. Think about the job and write down everything positive. Then write down the negatives. Decide if you can live with the negatives. I think that positive things would be if the pay is okay, if it's not too far from where you live, if you like the kind of work they do, and if you like the people who work there. Negatives might be long hours or a demanding boss. Also, I would ask how long the people who work there have worked. If they have a lot of turnover, I would avoid a place like that. You also have to think about whether you have a lot of choices or if you have few choices: that will also impact your decision.
