Yea. For most people, it's something like the difference between the temperatures in the rooms (the shower's really hot and the room's a lot colder) and your body wasn't prepared for the shock.
However, I'm not a doctor, and, chances are, no one who's going to answer here's going to be. Consult your physician or a friend in medicine.
Good luck!

As well as adding that the water might have been too hot and opened up your blood vessels (so more likely it would be a drop in blood pressure), you could have be experiencing high/low blood sugar when and what was the last thing you ate... A couple hours before I get a migraine I always experience the dizziness and blurred vision, but I have had it happen as well. You should be sure to mention it to your GP, and they might run some tests... I hope it doesn't happen again! :)

Yes, it has happened to me.
Sometimes the hot water will mess with your blood pressure.
It probably nothing serious, but you should check in with your doc about it, just to be sure.
It horribly scary, I know!

yes that's happened to me! I think it could possibly be a combination of not eating enough and your body temperature change disrupted by having to move after being stationary.
