Degenerate means inferior. Degerate city = inferior humans
Are you asking where the most inferior humans live in America? Because for years blacks were considered the inferior race in America. We do not need to go back to that time. If you love America...it does not matter where most people of any type live.

the sole difficulty that makes a individual American, is that little piece of paper from the U. S. government, claiming them as a citizen. American isn't a feeling....or some thing you reside. Its somewhat even a fashion of life. That being suggested, "actual" individuals, are those with American citizenship, no rely the place their ancestry or how long they have been there.

yeah, definetly detroit, i don't think "degenerate" is a good term but detroit is the most rundown of american cities. i doubt the russians even have a nuke aimed at it anymore.
