very simple actualy, turn the key to the on position without starting the car, and pump the gas pedel all the way down and let it come all the way back up, do this 5 times, that light should start to flash. all done.

I seemed to remember having to actually change the oil, turn the key to on or accessory position, and step on the brake pedal for a couple of minutes. Been so long now....

Turn the key forward(do not start the truck) Tap the gas pedal 3 times and it should do the trick.

unhook the positive cable to your battery, and then re attach.

this will also reset your clock and your radio stations/presets on your stereo, but thats how ya do it.
