The best is Pensacola,Fl. Lots to do, see, mile of beaches, fishing and friendly people. The worst was Omaha Neb. The only positive thing there is the Henry Doorly Zoo. The people there would rather run you over then to look at ya!! I lived in both cities, thank-you.

Worst is easily Reno, Nevada. It is a CRAP hole!!!
