Lol it's all good. In order for the piercing to heal, rinse your mouth with salt water 3 to 4 times a day and keep adjusting the safety pin about every 90 min during the day so the pin doesn't get crusty and or stay in one position all the time. For the outside of the lip get a towel with hot/warm water and soak the outter lip with it for 2-3 min a few times a day also. This will help keep the crusties out of the piercing. Stay away from mouthwash with alcohol if possibly since those ones tend to burn. If you go to a piercing shop and buy a labret hoop or bar, you'll more then likely need like an 18 guage but don't keep it out too long cause it'll close fast. I had my labret to a 6 guage, now it's back to a 10g. Hope this helps you out.

first of all i would definitely go buy a sterile ring specifically for your lip and not a safety pin. wash it out really good with anti bacterial soap a few times a day but leave the jewelry in until its done healing. if it seems like its getting infected i would recommend sea salt soaks and another thing that works really well is lavender oil and tea tree oil. you can buy them both at WildOats in the same bottle. put that on there twice a day and itll clear it right up...hope i helped

NO, no, no!
Take it out and go to the doctor! I doubt it was done using anything similar to a proper sterile technique, and safety pins are not necessarily surgical stainless steel. You will probably get an infection, scar, or both.

Put the piercing in alchol before you put it back in your lip. Also it made sting and your lip is sore because you may have not had a piercing on your lip before.

chances are that if you were drunk, you didn't sterilize it (unless you drooled the alcohol you were drinking onto it), so it's going to get infected. take it out, or go to a pro and let him laugh at you for a minute, then replace it with a sterilized ring.
