To me "not well grounded in life" means that you are not living up to the expectations that another person has for you. Just because you don't conform to what others think "grounded" should be; don't let it get you down. We are not on this earth to be judged by others! We should only be judged by ourselves!

Means that you tend to be living in a fantasy ..not taking life too seriously...your world maybe not be the real world!

I would interpret that to mean you are sort of floundering. Perhaps with major decisions in life. Do you move a lot, change jobs a lot, change majors a lot, change spouses a lot, change beliefs or core values a lot?

For males I would say you don't take things seriously enough. For females I would say you took a magazine poll way too seriously.

Maybe that you don't have any goals that are, to the commenter, realistic enough. It could mean that you don't exhibit much direction, like your head's in the clouds.
