Please give info too about the ink consumption & ink price.

HP's have been very good at this for a long time. Great pics and scanning.
Try to by a unit with separate color cartridges, like 6 colors.
Also, make sure the inks are "archival" and will last a long time.

U can wait for IT fair in end May to look for good pricing... Canon/ Epson/Hp/Brother... Many brands...
I am current using Canon MP 510 Multi-function printer... Meet all your expectation... Ink useage is 2dpi [Drop Per Inch] or 2 drop as what i was told... Price for CMY is 19.80 Black should be around 21.90...
If U want better image, got for MP 600 [Without fax]
