One of our colubian sharks sadly died on friday. I had a sneaky suspicion it was going to; all it did was lay on the bottom of the tank and moved only once in a while. His flesh was really dark too. Now, our second one is just laying on the bottom of the tank. It's flesh looks fine; it's still a nice silver but it's not very mobile. All the other fish seem fine.
Does anyone have any idea how to tell when they're sick? or what I can do to make sure it survives? Should I go brackish now?

Yes - they should always be in brackish water, changing to higher amounts of salt as they mature. As adults, they need a saltwater tank.

Also check for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates. If necessary, do a partial water change to lower these before adding salt.
