Mental obsessive compulsive disorder. I don't know if there is such a thing but I obsess about certain thoughts constantly. Things that affect me emotionally, I play in my mind over and over again like a broken record. I need help.

Since a lot of you are being open about this I will too.
Dysthymia, which is just chronic low-grade depression that I take meds for. It does the same thing Lithium does. It just balances out the imbalance.
I used to have Borderline Personality Disorder, but the last therapist I had said that I no longer show the symptoms of it. I know it's not cured, but I'm just reacting to daily problems more appropriately now. That's what she said. So I'm no longer in the Mental Health System, but can go back if I start having problems again.

I'm really not crazy, more like REALLY depressed and clean, sometimes overly happy for no reason. (Yes you can be really depressed yet still be happy at times--short moments--but still).
