Of course it is not. If he emptied himself with that enema he would just fill up again at his next meal. He needs to get into the non-fiction section of the library.

It doesnt matter how healthy you eat because the parasites takes all the nutrients from your body. Then it prevents you from getting all the vitamins you need to have a healthy body & prevents you from having normal bowel movements (you are suppose to move your bowels 3 times a day) Anyways, I cleansed my colon and noticed that Im feeling so much better, my bowel movements are regular, and I felt like I lost 10 pounds instantly...but I only lost like 2- 3 pounds just from taking it. And all that weight was from all the crud and gunk in my colon. Bottom line....CLEANSE YOUR COLON. Too many people make mistakes in doing everything else but that! And to start a healthy lifestyle, you have to get rid of all that gunk, parasites, etc..

Well technically, yes, but it's only temporary and not healthly to do very often once every other month or so to clear out all the toxins and ..etc. but not on a regular basis no.. it makes your colon dependent on the "cleansing" to function and become to weak....

Yes but don't use it as the only resort. I'm not trying to make you sick but most people(meateaters) have 5lbs of undigested meat in their intestines. That is pretty much what they are geting out when they have this procedure. You do feel refreshed and a little bit lighter, or atleast that's what they tell me after I get the stuff out of their bum. LOL
If he chooses to get it done remind him that it's only a temporary fix and will not change his habits of how he gains his weight. I wish the both of you the best of luck!

Essentially, no.
Fads come and fads go, and everyone wants an easy quick fix. But the only real way to lose weight is to eat less, eat healthier, and exercise.

my sister did it & lost 10 pounds....It was a specific diet, I don't remember the details, but it was a cleansing diet. I would never do it, but I'm very picky about what I eat & drink

Yes that is true. I use a nutritional cleansing system that actually works on the cellular level. I have never felt better.
