i am married for past 12 years..i was too young and innocent at the time of marriage.I am shy kid , brought up at remote places.After mariage, he had a relationship with maid , when asked...said that it was a mistake...later on had many affairs when he was out of country....now got a message which says that he already married some other girl and has a kid....which he is denying......plzzzzz help...what to do....????

First confirm this information about his second marriage & child from authentic sources. Secondly get all the relevant evidence with regards to his actual second marriage being preformed. If you are able to get all the relevant evidences regarding his second marriage you can file a criminal complaint against him for bigamy under section 494 IPC for bigamy, or file criminal complaint against him for cruelty under section 498A IPC. You can file for divorce against him on any or all these grounds for his second marriage, adultery, cruelty as the case requires under the matrimonial law you are covered by. Honey, get an attorney and surround yourself with your friends and loved ones 'cause your gonna need a good circle of support to get through this one. I am against divorce 90% of the time, but in this case, after only 12 years of marriage, you're still young enough to start fresh. Good counseling will help you get through this and eventually not bring these scars into your next relationship.

There is no question in patch up shun him out from your life, he is not mend for you he has cheated you and teach him a lesson and start your life ones again as this is the limit what he has done but teach him a lesson even get the compensation for the lose which you are bearing. Consult a good lawyer.

Talk to a lawyer. He was already married to you and married someone else. He committed a crime. Get a divorce from this lying cheating ******* !!!. He has cheated on you a bunch of times..why are you still with him.??. He might have a kid from another woman. Leave him, you deserve a lot better then him.

leave him. why stay with someone who is lying to you, and had an affair. Marriage is about love and honesty and obviously that isnt happening. Thats just my oppinion. But follow your instinct. and do what will make you happy

wow....the second time he cheated should have ended in divorce...one strike then your out....do you get to sleep around with whoever you want???....can you really call this a marriage anymore...theres nothing sacred about it...and im sure you resent him...i would...and you know!!!! that this story from the other girl is true....why else would she come out with an accusation like that!!....please leave this jerk

if he has money divorce his *** and take everything you can get your hands on make sure u can make it by urself first and forget about his cheatin *** or have an affair stay with him and spend all his money sometimes an affair makes things a little better just b careful
