I noticed that when I'm really tired I look pretty different than when I get enough sleep yet I notice some of my friends not being affect as much in terms of looks when they get little sleep...why is that?
As an example I will show u a similar comparison for myself:
Brad pitt when tired: http://bradpittfan.com/pics/out05_001e.jpg

When he aint tired (SAME YEAR SERIOUSLY):

Noticeable effects of lack of sleep are rings around the eyes, pale skin, and sweat a little bit more than someone with a full nights rest. you can make due on 3 hours of sleep a night if your not working out or studying really hard , but the more active you are the more sleep you need. a good example of this is how that guy in ferris buelers day off, the guy stayed up 48 hours straight just to get the "look" of a stoner.

Yeah, for me it makes a big difference. When I don't get enough sleep, I look like I'm high (and I don't do drugs lol) ... When I don't get enough sleep, I use this ice pack for the eyes from body works, it's great.
