I'm not quiet, there is a big noise in my head, a lot of thoughts going and going and going.
A lot of pain, a lot confuse, a lot of upsetiness, rage.
But I'm quiet and still, seeing and trying to stop those tears. they just come out after the sea of thoughts in my head, wondering, and guessing.
Been upset of all of you but loving you.
tellme what do I get from this? I just have a restless mind.
Trying to protect people get in there, my mind is my business and Im the boss of my mind.
I just let it play fast, who cares, speed could be good sometimes. the way pain came fast the same way will go.
the memories will hide and show them selves as prettiers, if you just refine them.
Better remenber the prettyness than the uglyness of things.
and that will give you peace.
why I'm quiet cause I have hope and faith but over all I have love.

Because I just worked 8 days in a row and I'm tired and sore from all the heavy lifting. Has anybody seen my heating pad??
