..i'd have to go with the drain sword (blood sword) or drain spear. (especially on kain from FFIV)
being able to get your health back by killing others, and even though it sucks, i really like when hitting undead with drain weapons does damage to the wielder - it only makes sense

I have always been partial to Kain and his jumping ability. It made him temporarily unable to be hit for a few turns and that could come in handy when you were battling a powerful opponent who could reduce the hit points of your party very quickly. Plus, his attack always took away a lot of hit points from the enemy.

well, there's Squall's Gunblade, The Buster Sword, and Setzer's Fixed Dice (destroy evil... with DICE!)
As cool as dice are, I'd have to say the Gunblade.
