he played as a goalkeeper for scotland national side.
Also a cricketer, Goram represented the Scottish cricket team four times: twice (1989 and 1991)
Denis Charles Scott Compton
he played for England cricket team
and represented them in football world cup during world war time (hence not official)
Viv Richards
He also played football for Antigua, appearing in qualifying matches for the 1974 World Cup.

Dexterous Arthur Milton played Football and Cricket for England.
He made six test appearances for England (Gloucestershire).
As a footballer, he made 84 appearances for Arsenal.
But I don't know whether he played world cup.

I am not aware of any player who has played World Cup Football as well as world cup cricket.
