I don't know if it's a mainstream movie, it is the first Crash movie, freakin's crazy, it's about people who become aroused when they see car accidents/crashes etc. James Spader was in it.

"Unfaithful", hands down, hottest sex scene in the stairwell...those who have seen it know what i'm talking about. And any movie with James Spader in it, especially "Sex, Lies, and Videotape" and "Secretary"...(but not "Pretty in Pink", haha.)
