I have dislexya and no matter how hard I've tried I just don't get it... It's so frustrating!

Your information is incomplete. The midterm counts as 15% of your grade, but usually that means 15% of your _total_ grade. You haven't told us what % of your class you've already completed. Since you're taking a midterm, I don't imagine you've already completed the remaining 85%, rather, something quite a bit less than that. So you have a 74.2 in math. Tell us how much of the class you've taken already in percentage of the total grade (estimate if you have to), and we can give you a better answer. Good luck, work hard, and stay away from drugs.

I hated it in HS. When I got to College, I loved it so much I majored in it. I took 22 credits per semester( not just math) . 6 days a week for 2 years.
Any of the different parts by them self and without the young mind knowing what the application is, these seem to be little use to us but when we grasp the applied portion of each we begin to understand and thrive and thirst for its knowledge.

listen when your saying you hate math your subliminal mind would keep saying that and then it will then be true. you need to tell yourself i'm good at math i pay attention to my math teacher i know all of my material i can answer all the questions and then your mind would be filling in empty spaces from your head that are in a way bad spaces and you can and will become smart. tell your self this for about 15 minuets a day. trust me i got an A.

I'm not a genius, but i get pretty good grades, and what you said doesn't offend me, i hate math so much! i hate our teacher and she always gives so much homework (or so it seems) i just don't enjoy math at all and its probably my best subject! but at least it will be put to good use (so they tell me). and I'm sorry about your dyslexia. and JonBoy, Math can't be friends with everyone!! lol

Math always has and always will be my least favourite subject. I just "don't get it" but truly admire those that do. I hear it can be fascinating (so my brother says) and long for the day that I can say the same. ;)
