first of all the question should be like this:
'Myself John', is this the correct form of sentence?

No. It should be:
I am john.
Hi! This is John.
My name is John.

no myself john is not correct.
I AM JOHN or somthing like HELLO! PEOPLE THIS IS JOHN is correct.
dont mind this but myself john sounds a bit DOWNMARKET.
