Is there any free listings for forclosed houses?

Just wanted to say thanks to all those who answered my question. I found a house on-line and it's about two miles from where I'm living now. So I may go check it out tomorrow after I go to work. I don't mind getting a house thats a slight fixer upper cause my grandfather does construction for a living and he could do alot of the work for me. THANKS AGAIN YA'ALL!

If every real estate investment opportunity was available online for free you still wouldn't know what to do with a lead. Free listings are not any more valuable than exclusive pre screened paid for leads in the hands of amatuer investor wannabees. If you knew what to do you would not be the millionth asker this year of such a question.

The bank are not selling these homes since they know it will flood the market and drop prices even more so the list are hard to get or they are just holding.

Lot of bad news and yet so many have there head in the sand.

As you know there is a lot of hidden information , to tell the truth this is fraud by omission since they are with holding information that is affecting the market by messing with the prices.

This type of fraud is what caused this mess, check out this web site it tell how they made the now crashing houseing bubble.

What is needed is a open and publicly assailable" search able web site" That is mandatory and ran by the country assessor office.
Then and only then will you have an open honest and transparent property market.

shame on you for procuring properties from people who worked their finished existence to get it, than fell right into a rut and that they take the homestead from them. My father harm himself whilst i became into 10 and misplaced his pastime. interior of three months, we've been at the back of on costs and misplaced our homestead. We have been homeless for 6 months. basically remember what you're helping once you purchase a forclosed homestead. think of roughly those households who're on the streets now

Shame on you for buying homes from people who worked their whole life to get it, than fell into a rut and they take the home from them. My father hurt himself when i was 10 and lost his job. Within 3 months, we were behind on bills and lost our house. We were homeless for 6 months. Just remember what you are supporting when you buy a forclosed house. Think about those families who are on the streets now

agents can provide you with foreclosed but be advised that foreclosed doesn't necessary means they are cheaper..
they are homes that the current homeowners couldn't keep up and so you will need to cover their existing mortgage. the bank doesn't like losing money and so that is why they try to sell it and so there is a substantial amount of paperwork that goes into this..
