Staying in it...Seriously, it is the amount of paperwork and fees required by everyone...just to keep the doors open.

Dealing with ignorance. Majority of people do force you to 'take work home' after the day is over. Once in a while you get the person that makes up for it, but it's all about profit and Independence, yes?

The most difficult thing about my business is government intervention and fees. Our provincial government, Ontario, dreams up "problems" they need to provide solutions to daily, I swear. Money grab after money grab. There seems to be no end.

The 'Business' part is hardest for me. I a Creative and don't have innate understanding about business. Although I can sell, and sell very well, it's all just so serious.
And we'll never get out of it alive!

Managing costs. I have to always research ways to to save money. Also finding reliable manufacturers and wholesalers to source. Finding customers and clients, is not the hard part. It's the constant battle of finding good quality sources so that I can provide top quality to my clients at a resonable price.
