You are what you think, feel and what you do ... you are creating who you are at every second of your existence. Who you were yesterday is not who you are today. You can and do change who you are by changing your thoughts and actions. Feelings will change as you change your thoughts.
Be ok with where you are at any given moment ... because ~that~ is who you are. :-)

Well start with your likes and dislikes ..What do you like to do for fun ?? . What are some of the things you would never do ?? like drugs or sleep around ( unless you're into that )..If you had a choice to stay home and watch a movie or go out to a party or a bar..what one would you do ??.
It's just the things that make you happy with how you are. It's tough but usually you'll find out who you are by the choices you make.

You do know yourself just like your friends will know you better than you know yourself. For instance how do you talk or act around someone is who you are. my best friend lives about an hour from me but can figure me out just how I'm talking. If I'm having a bad day I'm quiet, if I'm having a good day I talk alot. You just have to figure out who you are and what makes you you if that makes sense to you at all.

make a list of things that you like and why you like them.... try to find places that have people that like the same things... keeping your list in mind of why you like these things, it will give you something to talk about when you do find someone.
Example.... if you like biking because it makes you feel healthy and you like the wind in your hair... try going to a park with a bike trail, or a gym with bike machines... if your outdoors you can try tricks like take the chain off and see if anyone of the opposite sex stops to help,... or simply stop somone and ask for help....

Thats a hard question... Look in the mirror and just talk to your self... Thats the best place to start... Then realize how you are around your family... Then your friends... Look for similarities....

it sounds to me that you have a problem that requires help from a professional person such as a psyciatrist any other ideas coming from a lay person may damage your fragile state of mind and point you down a road of utter destruction and that is not what you need playing with your persona is very dangerous so please consult a person qualified to help you not hurt you

you sit alone and think of yourself......when your doing this so many thoughts will flash in ur mind.....at that moment you can ask yourself the questions like who r u? whom do love/hate?everything.......but once if u start doing this you'll feel like flying check it out....

just what do you like and what are you into to. go from there and try to be comfortable with who you are whether people are into it or not. it's what you like don't do things to please people. just be you and you are what you like.
